Responsibilities

• Lead oversight or risk management and transformational change across Business & Wealth distribution channels.
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge across risk programs.
• Own stakeholder outcomes with senior leaders to identify priorities and embed risk controls.
• Enable transformation by applying risk lenses from design to implementation.
• Escalate material risks and issues to the Head of Divisional Risk.
• Prepare clear non-financial risk and governance reports for senior Risk leaders.
