Qualifications

• Experience in assurance, risk, or internal audit, preferably within financial services.
• Experience testing manual, automated, and technology‑enabled controls, including data and interface controls.
• Strong root cause analysis capability, able to identify systemic issues beyond surface‑level findings.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Perform assurance activity across business processes, products and supporting technology to identify where controls work well and where uplift is needed.
• Assess end‑to‑end operations, challenge constructively, and focus on root causes that matter most.
• Collaborate with first line, risk and audit to provide insights that shape better risk outcomes and sustainable change.
