Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally in managed funds or Responsible Entity/Trustee services.
• Experience managing regulated disclosure docs (PDSs, AIBs, TMDs, Information Memorandums) and regulatory obligations.
• Strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of PDS, TMDs and related investor documents for managed fund clients.
• Collaborate with investment managers, client management and scheme change teams to support product disclosures.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure disclosure documents remain accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve disclosure processes and strengthen delivery standards.
• Provide guidance to a Disclosure Manager and contribute to team capability development.
• Work across a variety of clients, products and transactions within a collaborative Responsible Entity Services team.

About the Role

As Senior Disclosure Manager, you'll take ownership of the disclosure framework for a portfolio of Responsible Entity clients, helping investment managers bring products to market and maintain high quality investor communications. You'll work closely with clients, legal advisers and internal specialists to deliver clear, compliant disclosure that supports informed investment decisions. The role also provides leadership responsibility, with the opportunity to coach and support a Disclosure Manager.

The role manages a broad range of regulated and unregulated disclosure documents, including Product Disclosure Statements, supplementary Product Disclosure Statements, Additional Information Booklet, Investor Directed Portfolio Service Guides, Target Market Determinations, Information Memorandums and PPMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Product Disclosure Statements, Target Market Determinations, Information Memorandums and related investor documentation for managed fund clients.
• Partner with investment managers, client management and scheme change teams to support product changes, transactions and disclosure updates.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes and manage competing priorities.
• Ensure disclosure documents remain accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve disclosure processes and strengthen delivery standards.
• Provide guidance and support to a Disclosure Manager, contributing to team capability and development.
• Work across a variety of clients, products and transactions within a collaborative Responsible Entity Services team.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or a related discipline
• Experience within financial services, ideally within managed funds, investments or Responsible Entity/Trustee services
• Experience managing regulated disclosure documentation in financial services, with exposure to documents such as PDSs, AIBs, TMDs and Information Memorandums, and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations
• Previous legal, product management or Responsible Entity/Trustee experience will be highly regarded
• Sound understanding of the managed funds industry and regulatory environment
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.
