Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Senior Disclosure Manager to own the disclosure framework for a portfolio of Responsible Entity clients, collaborating with investment managers, legal advisers and senior stakeholders. You will also identify process improvements and contribute to team capability and development.

You will lead the delivery of PDSs, TMDs and Information Memorandums, ensure regulatory compliance, coach a Disclosure Manager and build trusted relationships to drive

Qualifications

Lead the delivery of PDS, TMDs, IMs and related investor documents.
Ensure documents are accurate, compliant and regulatory-aligned.
Provide guidance to a Disclosure Manager and support team capability.
Experience with PDS, AIBs, TMDs and Information Memorandums preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of PDSs, TMDs, IMs for managed fund clients.
Partner with investment managers, client management and change teams.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Keep disclosure documents compliant and up-to-date with regulations.
