We seek a Senior Disclosure Manager to own the disclosure framework for Responsible Entity clients and work with clients, legal advisers and internal specialists to ensure compliant investor communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally in managed funds or Responsible Entity/Trustee services.
• Experience managing regulated disclosure docs (PDSs, AIBs, TMDs, Information Memorandums) and regulatory obligations.
• Strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of PDS, TMDs and related investor documents for managed fund clients.
• Collaborate with investment managers, client management and scheme change teams to support product disclosures.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure disclosure documents remain accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve disclosure processes and strengthen delivery standards.
• Provide guidance to a Disclosure Manager and contribute to team capability development.
• Work across a variety of clients, products and transactions within a collaborative Responsible Entity Services team.

Education

Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or a related discipline
