Job summary

Perpetual Group, headquartered in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Disclosure Manager to own the disclosure framework for a portfolio of Responsible Entity clients. You will collaborate with investment managers, legal advisers and internal specialists to deliver compliant investor communications and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will lead a team, manage a broad range of disclosure documents, and drive process improvements while operating within a dynamic Responsible Entity Services group.

Qualifications

• Legal and regulatory knowledge applicable to financial services.
• Experience drafting and reviewing PDS, AIBs, TMDs and Information Memorandums.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key disclosure documents for managed fund clients (PDS, TMDs, Information Memorandums, PPMs).
• Collaborate with investment managers, legal advisers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coach and support a Disclosure Manager to build team capability.
• Maintain high-quality investor communications across a varied client portfolio.
