Pacific Supports & Mentoring PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Worker / Youth and Support Mentor for the Leadership Pathway at Burleigh Heads, QLD. The role covers 1:1 disability support, youth work and mentoring with participants who may have complex needs.

You will lead as a Senior Support Worker when required, mentor team members, and contribute to engagement, risk management and service quality. Hands-on client work remains central to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support and youth work is essential.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams in a community setting.
• Strong communication with families, stakeholders and care coordinators.
• Proven capability to manage risks, documentation and care plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality 1:1 disability support and youth mentoring.
• Support participants to achieve goals, independence and life skills.
• Maintain professional boundaries, duty of care and incident reporting.
• Lead and mentor other workers when acting as Senior Support Worker / Team Leader.
• Oversee care planning, risk management and shift documentation.
