HYPAR Group is seeking Youth Mentors for the Sunshine Coast region to support young people with high to complex needs in a therapeutic, safe home environment. Mentors will empower participants, promote healthy lifestyles and help them access community and health services.

The role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building positive relationships within a care team.

Qualifications

• Emotional intelligence, initiative and flexibility in relationships.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with smartphones/computers.
