Job summary

Queensland Government in Brisbane seeks a senior executive to lead statewide performance reporting, analytics and business intelligence. You will guide the System Performance Branch, delivering trusted information to inform executive decision-making and drive health system improvements.

You will provide high-level advice to the Minister and senior leaders on risks and trends, influence health reform, and foster cross‑sector collaboration to achieve better outcomes for Queenslanders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering strategic performance and intelligence functions in large organisations.
• Proven ability to influence policy, reform and outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, accountability and public sector governance.
