Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Director, System Performance to lead performance management, reporting and analytics across Queensland's public health system. You will partner with senior executives to shape value-based insights and performance frameworks, addressing data quality issues and driving informed decision-making.

You will build strong relationships with Chairs, Boards, Chief Executives and government agencies, while guiding a high-performing team and promoting continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Extensive management and organisational experience at a senior level in a large, decentralised service delivery organisation.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes.
• Ability to analyse, interrogate and interpret complex data from multiple sources into actionable management information.

Responsibilities

• Lead system performance management, reporting and analytics across Queensland's public health system.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior executives, shaping performance frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hospital and Health Service Chairs, Boards and Chief Executives, and government bodies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning and innovation within a high-performing team.
• Develop strategic solutions to complex challenges and deliver actionable insights to drive system performance.
