The University of Melbourne is seeking a Senior Manager 2 to lead the Office of the Chief Operating Officer within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. This continuing, full-time role will design and implement a scalable school operations model, guiding a network of School Managers to deliver high-quality teaching and research services across multiple sites.

• Extensive experience leading complex, multi-site or distributed operations.
• Proven ability to align dispersed teams into a high-performing network with shared standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of a coordinated school operations model across all MDHS Schools.
• Align School Managers as a cohesive leadership group with shared standards, accountability and priorities.
• Redefine interfaces between Schools, Faculty and Shared Services to reduce duplication and enable integrated end-to-end support.
• Embed data-driven continuous improvement, using experimentation and stakeholder insight to refine services and respond to needs.
• Foster a culture of distributed decision-making, building capability and governance that supports sustainable operational performance.
