Job summary

Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) seeks an Associate Director, Performance and Partnering to lead the People Performance and Culture directorate and advise senior executives on industrial relations, workforce consultation, employee performance, and workplace health and safety.

You will drive enterprise bargaining when required, oversee a high-performing People Partnering function, and ensure compliance with legislation and IBA's policies while building strong internal and external

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in HR or People and Culture
• Expert guidance on industrial relations and workforce consultation
• Experience leading workplace health and safety initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to senior executives on IR, workforce consultation, and employee performance
• Lead Enterprise Agreement bargaining when required
• Oversee the People Partnering function to ensure consistent application of policies and effective employee relations
• Ensure compliance with legislation and IBA's Enterprise Agreement and policies
• Foster productive workplace relationships and represent IBA at forums
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support organisational change
