• Extensive experience in industrial property or asset management.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Expertise in lease administration, rent reviews, budgeting and reporting.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop property professionals.
• Knowledge of Victorian property legislation, building operations and contractor management.
• Experience preparing owner reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relations.
• Strong commercial acumen with asset value maximisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management and performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial assets.
• Drive asset performance through proactive lease management and tenant retention.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting including financial and operational metrics.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, capex programs and outgoings reconciliations.
• Oversee service contracts, contractor performance and building maintenance.
• Develop relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Support business development, submissions and growth of the Asset Management business.
