Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Project Management for Sydney. You will lead multi-trial programs, ensure ICH/GCP compliance, and partner with sponsors to drive timelines, budgets and quality across global trials.

You will mentor CPMs and CPCs, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to business development while upholding CTI’s standards and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields (nursing, pharmacy, health science) with clinical trial management experience
• Minimum 10 years of clinical research or clinical project management experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and global regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate full execution of assigned clinical trials across planning to analysis phase
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, regulatory guidelines and trial procedures
• Coordinate CPMs and CPCs to manage activities and deliverables
• Serve as senior interface with CTI and sponsor; manage client relations and resolve trial issues
• Oversee study plans, timelines and budgets; adjust for scope and resources as needed
• Assess resource needs and establish project teams with functional area managers
• Use project tools to track progress and ensure timely data entry and reporting
• Provide training and mentorship to CPMs and CPC staff
• Monitor budgeted hours and ensure alignment with milestones
• Review scope changes and assist with contract amendments
• Communicate progress and issues to executive management
• Contribute to proposals and new business development
