Job summary

Orchard Marketing, part of the Enero Group, seeks a Director of Customer Strategy & Digital Transformation to own growth and experience initiatives across clients. You’ll diagnose growth challenges, shape strategies, and lead data and Martech work with Orchard’s specialist teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in customer growth and experience strategy, excels at senior client relationships, and can turn ambiguous briefs into clear action while staying ahead of AI, analytics, and CRO

Qualifications

• 10+ years across customer growth and experience strategy with marketing tech enablement (CRM/MA).
• Exposure to HubSpot, Optimizely, Salesforce, or CDPs is an advantage.
• Comfort moving between strategic thinking and operational detail to implement recommendations.
• Confident with AI, data, analytics, and CRO/experimentation specialists.
• Strong client-facing presence with senior relationships and autonomy.
• Energised by ambiguity and able to shape briefs.
• Background in customer transformation or growth/experience roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own customer growth strategy and commercial case for clients.
• Shape the customer journey and end-to-end experience in alignment with growth strategies.
• Advise on Martech, data strategy, CRM, and platform migrations with Orchard specialist teams.
• Translate ambitious targets into credible roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Lead senior client relationships and guide stakeholders through the change process.
• Collaborate with account, project management, and delivery teams.
• Stay ahead of CX, marketing tech, AI trends and apply best practices.
