Job summary

The Leading Hand role on the Murray Princess is a permanent position within the Kelsian Group. You will supervise dining room staff and manage service across breakfast, lunch and dinner while ensuring guest satisfaction on the Murray River cruise from Mannum.

Responsibilities include dining room setup, stock management, and guest interactions. The role requires energy, initiative, teamwork and time management with meals and accommodation provided on roster days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Supervise waiting staff under Cruise Director guidance.
• Order dining room supplies and manage on-board stocks.
• Oversee dining room setup, service, clearing and clean-up on roster days.
• Assist with cabin housekeeping on changeover days.
• Transport guests from Adelaide CBD to Mannum when required.
