Job summary

AC3 is a leading Australian-owned ICT MSP focused on secure multi-cloud solutions and enterprise/government support. This role centers on end-user computing device lifecycle management, targeted at optimizing acquisition, deployment, maintenance and disposal.

You will provide expert support for end users, handle Level 2/3 escalations, and work with security and MSP practices to maintain a stable, secure environment across AC3 and customer devices.

Qualifications

• Experience with End user computing device lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow and related security practices.
• Experience in MSP environments and handling Level 2/3 escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and immediate solutions to end users.
• Manage and optimize the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization and disposal of End user computing devices for AC3 and customers under AC3 control.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain secure, compliant devices.
