We’re seeking a Hybrid Service Desk Onsite Engineer to support clients via chat, phone, email and portal, delivering remote and onsite assistance across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in similar MSP/IT support roles
• Experience with Windows 11 and MS 365 deployments
• Familiarity with Intune/Autopilot and EntraID/MFA
• Microsoft certifications or working towards them would help

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid onsite and remote technical support to diverse clients
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, identity management and security tooling
• Handle incidents via chat, phone, email and portal
• Contribute to changes and project delivery across client environments
