Job summary

NSW Police Force in Sydney is seeking a Senior Technical Support Officer to join the Digital Workplace Platform team. The role supports and maintains ICT systems and delivers end-user computing services across metropolitan and regional NSW Police locations.

The position provides expert technical leadership for Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, mobility solutions, and print management, while driving incident management and service improvements to enhance user experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-user computing and digital workplace technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents across Azure Virtual Desktop and mobility platforms.
• Experience guiding support teams and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex end-user computing incidents.
• Lead and mentor Field Support teams in Digital Workplace technologies.
• Coordinate major incidents with support teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
