HCF is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a domain, shaping the product vision and roadmap within a hybrid, 12‑month max-term contract. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for members and the business, balancing customer needs with strategic priorities.

You will own the strategy, drive delivery, and lead cross-functional squads, using insights to improve digital experiences for web, mobile, and AI-enabled services.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in digital product management or ownership.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products across web, mobile or AI-enabled experiences.
• A strong track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivery.
• A customer-first mindset, with ability to turn insights into improvements and growth opportunities.
• Confidence influencing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
