Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia (HCF) is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager on a 12-month max-term contract to own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a key product domain. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver measurable value for members and the business.

You will lead cross-functional squads, champion a customer-first mindset, and turn insights into digital products and experiences that make a difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in digital product management or ownership, ideally in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products across web, mobile or AI-enabled experiences.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps and delivery with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for your domain, aligning with broader digital strategy and delivering value for members and the business.
• Lead cross-functional squads from discovery to delivery, launches and continuous improvement.
• Use customer insights, research, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and improve digital experiences.
• Define success metrics, monitor outcomes and use data to inform growth strategies.
