Accenture Song is seeking a Product Design Lead to own projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to delivery. You will translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences, setting craft standards, and guiding teams across discovery, concepting, and build.

You will lead the creation of product visions, user journeys, and rapid prototypes, while embedding AI tools and workflows. You’ll mentor designers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, consulting-style

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and clear, developer-ready specifications.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers with strong leadership and growth focus.
• 3+ years working in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years experience shaping AI-powered experiences, including trust states, human-in-the-loop, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve ambiguous problems and design first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Translate research and design insights into clear strategic narratives for clients.
• Proactively document AI-driven workflow changes to improve delivery and team performance.
