Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Performance Media, ideally in a media agency.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, SA360, CM360, Meta, GA4, AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Deep knowledge of attribution, measurement, forecasting and channel strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
• A passion for developing people, improving capability and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate Performance capability across Search, Social and Programmatic.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Drive best practice, quality assurance, innovation, AI adoption and automation.
• Coach and mentor high-performing Performance specialists.
• Partner with Google, Meta and other key platform partners.
• Provide strategic leadership on key client accounts.
