BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead advisory consulting and digital engagements in Melbourne. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage senior client relationships, and lead workshops and forums to achieve strategic outcomes.

You will shape service offerings, mentor the team, and contribute to business development, leveraging your commercial acumen to grow the practice across public and private sectors.

Qualificações

• Significant consulting or professional services experience.
• Proven track record delivering transformation, strategy, or operating model engagements.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience leading projects and teams in client-facing environments.
• Experience with business development and building client networks.
• Strong commercial acumen and market dynamics understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and digital engagements, from scoping through execution to client outcomes.
• Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and key project forums.
• Oversee the development of high-quality deliverables including reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team.
• Contribute to new service offerings, methodologies, and internal capability.
• Drive business development activity, identifying opportunities and leading proposals.
• Support growth of the Melbourne Advisory Consulting and Digital practice through market engagement.
