Job summary

Complete Home Filtration seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our national digital growth. You will own the acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, and content, while staying hands-on with campaigns, testing and optimisation to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

You will partner with internal teams and agencies to optimise website performance, CRO and attribution, driving consistent improvements in lead quality and ROI across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Strategic and hands-on digital marketer with senior experience.
• Lead digital acquisition strategy and optimise campaigns.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and attribution to link activity to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, website, content, email, social and emerging channels.
• Manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Own large-scale paid media budgets and improve lead quality, conversions and ROI.
• Remain hands-on with optimisation, testing and platform management.
• Drive CRO and funnel performance on website and landing pages.
