Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager to own the full funnel of growth and product marketing. You will report to the Head of Growth and Product Marketing, briefing agencies, optimising paid media, driving search (traditional and AI), briefing creative and copy, testing and optimising bridgit.com.au, and taking new product launches from brief to go-live.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in growth or digital marketing.
• Experience managing agencies and ensuring performance.
• Strong knowledge of CRO and A/B testing.
• Proficient with data tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage agency roster and optimise paid media budgets.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across channels with agencies.
• Lead SEO and AI-powered search initiatives.
• Oversee CRO and A/B testing to lift conversions.
• Brief copy and creative with design teams.
