Job summary

Elastic Digital, an agency within Exclusive Networks, is seeking a confident designer to join a growing creative team in Sydney. You’ll work on campaigns, partner portals, websites, explainer videos and print collateral, from concept to final delivery.

The role supports hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and exposure to international clients. You’ll need strong typography, layout, and UX/UI knowledge, plus motion design interest and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills required.
• Experience with multi-project management in an agency setting; ability to handle briefs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from briefing to production, QA and final delivery.
• Design content-led collateral including white papers, multi-page PDFs, presentations and digital assets.
• Create motion content including explainer videos and digital ads while maintaining brand consistency.
