Job summary

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) role is with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) via DFP Recruitment in Australia. You will design, implement and support the Agency’s Cloud & Data Infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning deployment, collaboration with CRM teams and agile project leadership to deliver key initiatives across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS infrastructure experience and ability to design, implement and manage scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong experience building and deploying DevOps practices and CD pipelines with GitLab, Artifactory and Jira.
• Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Proficiency with Git with agile development to support collaborative, iterative development.
• Ability to write/maintain code in Python, JavaScript, and Golang.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, deployment and support of the Agency’s Cloud & Data Infrastructure.
• Prioritising and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensuring that solutions adhere to integration best practices and are well documented.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Playing a leadership role in project teams, using an agile development framework.
• Engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and deliver results.
