The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) role is with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) via DFP Recruitment in Australia. The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) will work closely with key business stakeholders, CRM developers and testing teams to enable and support Salesforce and MuleSoft development across the Agency. The role will also manage critical internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing and negotiating on behalf of the NDIA to support delivery outcomes and advance Agency objectives across a range of forums.
A supplier briefing will be held for this role on Tuesday 29 September – meeting details will be posted in the “Q&A” section of the RFQ for invited Sellers only.
The proposed rate should reflect candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check.
Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted.

The Environment and Release Management Directorate’s Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) team is responsible for improving and optimising the delivery pipelines for the Agency’s Core CRM platform, which is underpinned by Salesforce and MuleSoft technologies. The broader Directorate commissions and supports pre-production environments and coordinates and performs production releases. Together, these capabilities play a critical role in enabling efficient development, testing and release workflows, improving delivery velocity and supporting the Agency’s ability to achieve Scheme objectives.
