The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an EL2 Solution Architect (Labour Hire) to deliver complex enterprise architecture across the CDoF domain. You will produce architecture artefacts, designs and provide technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.

The EL2 Solution Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA.
The position will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in very complex problem solving and issues management functions. The position requires exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level architectural advice and operational support.
The EL2 Solution Architect (Labour Hire) is required to coordinate and assume responsibility and technical ownership for varied activities and sensitive projects. This includes producing architecture artefacts, detailed designs and providing direction and guidance to the development teams. The position is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA’s interests across a range of forums.
This a key role within the agency, providing technical leadership for the ongoing enhancement of the core technology platforms that support the Agency systems. Working with the business this role will be responsible for delivering cohesive solution architecture and designs across the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) domain. The key to performing in this role will be the ability to facilitate technical, business and procurement teams, as well as the broader architecture community, to create and deliver solutions and designs that are fit for purpose, technically sound, robust and secure, aligned to the agencies broader charter and technology strategies.

As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check.
