Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead NSW residential and mixed-use projects, including Ed.Square. You will drive performance, mentor the development team, and shape delivery across the portfolio with commercial acumen.

Reporting to the Development Director, you will steer complex negotiations, support market bids, and ensure design and safety standards through to delivery. This is a strategic, senior role in a dynamic urban portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive development experience leading large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Proven ability to reposition assets and drive performance through challenging markets.
• Strong knowledge of NSW planning frameworks, BCA and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take direct accountability for Ed.Square and repositioning strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-calibre development team and partner with leadership.
• Define investment propositions for large precincts and bid for major opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design, approvals, and delivery.
