  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high‑calibre development team. Act as the primary proxy to the Development Director, building a high‑trust, progressive culture and positioning yourself for future major project director appointments.
  • Define and execute the optimal investment proposition for the 10‑hectare mixed‑use precinct and upcoming residential stages at Shell Cove, while partnering with executive leadership to formulate competitive bids for new large‑scale development opportunities across the market.
  • Direct multidisciplinary consultant and builder teams through concept design, statutory approvals, and PCG governance. Ensure rigorous compliance with safety, program, budget, and design quality benchmarks through to final stage delivery.

  • Commercial & Technical Acumen: In‑depth knowledge of NSW planning frameworks, BCA, built strata regulations, and construction contracts. High‑level financial literacy across feasibilities, cash flow forecasting, and budget management.
  • Mindset: An energetic, forward‑thinking problem solver with high emotional intelligence, outstanding stakeholder influencing skills, and the drive to set a positive tempo across complex development environments.
