Job summary

You will directly oversee landmark sites like Ed.Square and contribute to future precincts, bidding activity, and development governance. A track record in large-scale delivery and strategic operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive development experience leading large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Proven ability to reposition assets and drive performance in challenging markets.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of NSW planning frameworks, BCA, and contracts.
• Energetic, forward-thinking problem solver with stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Take direct commercial and operational accountability for key projects, optimise margins and value.
• Lead and mentor a high-calibre development team and act as deputy to senior leadership.
• Define and execute investment propositions for major precincts and bids for large-scale opportunities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams through design, approvals, and governance to final delivery.
