Job summary

Ivory Group in North Sydney is seeking an autonomous Associate/Senior Project Architect to lead the design of multi-residential and aged care projects, from concept to delivery. You will work across a design team and construction documentation team, with opportunities to step up into management and mentor junior staff.

The role offers collaboration, a design-driven culture, and flexible working from home options, balanced with regular team events and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Autonomous leadership and management of projects from concept to delivery.
• Design leadership and innovative thinking to overcome problems and offer solutions.
• Demonstrated conceptual design skills and hand sketching ability.
• Proficient in Revit, InDesign and SketchUp with extensive in-studio experience.
• Ability to produce and coordinate DA documentation.
• Proven Multi-Res and/or Aged Care project experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design from concept to delivery.
• Lead internal teams and support business development.
• Work across multiple projects at different stages.
• Close client interaction and site visits.
• Manage juniors and internal documentation teams.
