Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Demand & Engagement Analyst based in Macquarie Park, NSW. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, prioritising data, analytics and AI initiatives and ensuring investments deliver maximum value for the organisation.

You will coordinate planning activities, connect diverse teams, and support data-driven decision making while measuring the impact of data and AI projects across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience managing demand pipelines, portfolios or programs of work in data, analytics, digital or technology environments.
• Ability to assess initiatives based on value, impact and strategic alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience working across business, technology and data teams to deliver complex outcomes.
• Passion for driving organisational change and evidence-based decision making.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and prioritisation capabilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Data Science.

About you

We're looking for a strategic thinker who combines strong stakeholder engagement skills with a solid understanding of data and analytics delivery.

You'll bring:
