Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a data operations professional to support reliability and performance of data products and environments. You will optimise data operations, resolve incidents and enhance automation across cloud-based platforms, maintaining data assets and reporting solutions to support informed decisions.

The role is permanent full-time with flexible work options and a focus on resilience and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and optimising data operations environments.
• Strong skills in cloud data platforms, ELT, SQL and automation.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise supporting and optimising data operations environments.

You're recognised as a collaborative problem solver, skilled at incident management, stakeholder engagement and translating complex data issues into actionable outcomes.

You bring experience in cloud data platforms, ELT architecture, SQL and automation to achieve reliable, high-quality data services. This is a Permanent Full-Time role.
