Job summary

Versent is seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and governance. You will define objectives, develop detailed plans, and provide clear stakeholder communication to drive on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires 7–10+ years of experience with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods, strong financial management, and proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years delivering complex, large-scale projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technology, transformation, or business-change initiatives.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring on time, within budget, and quality.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders, sponsors, and executives.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor and support project team members to foster high performance.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation.
• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approvals and communication.
