You will lead a flagship A$10 million program, align executive sponsors, vendors and practitioners around clear KPIs, and maintain transparent reporting with rigorous controls and live dashboards.

The role requires strong leadership, proven delivery across waterfall, agile and hybrid methods, and a calm, decisive approach to turbulence.

Qualifications

• Proven wins managing A$10 million+ projects for Tier-1 clients.
• Stakeholder-wrangling from C-suite sceptics to vendor partners.
• Leadership chops that make teams say, “I’d follow them again tomorrow.”
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery (certs welcome, mindset essential).
• References highlighting integrity, straight talk and relentless follow-through.

• Lead a flagship project—on time, on budget, on quality, benefits realised.
• Unite exec sponsors, vendors and practitioners behind transparent KPIs.
• Maintain status with rigorous controls, live dashboards and no-surprise reporting.
• Coach & uplift—mentor junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
• Blend delivery approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid) to achieve results.
• Stay cool under fire when projects hit turbulence.
