Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own software delivery from planning through release in a fully remote role. You will coordinate developers, QA, and stakeholders to keep projects on track, managing scope and changing priorities with clear timelines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English. Prior experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience in software.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning to release.
• Experience creating and maintaining delivery plans and tracking progress.
• Collaboration with developers, QA, and business stakeholders on requirements and priorities.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own software projects end to end, from planning and execution through release and delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans with clearly defined tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track project progress regularly, identify potential delays or risks early, and drive recovery actions.
• Work directly with developers and QA teams to resolve blockers and keep momentum.
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Manage project scope and change requests and communicate impacts on timelines.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, including readiness checks with QA.
• Provide timely updates on status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Maintain coordination across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
