Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive a Planning Intelligence Platform engagement for a leading international manufacturer. You will steer end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring governance across clients and partners.

The role emphasizes agile coaching and robust programme management to achieve strategic objectives. You will lead projects in a high-pressure environment, shape delivery practices, and mentor teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project or delivery management across complex engagements.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs with overlapping phases.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving discovery to Delivery.
• Exposure to structured, vendor-neutral technology evaluation (e.g., balanced scorecards, decision registers).
• Ability to lead projects that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a key client account and lead delivery of a programme of work with governance and client alignment.
• Manage multiple workstreams with overlapping timelines to hit shared deadlines.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and clients for successful outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to delivery, with clear scope and sign-off criteria.
• Coach and mentor internal teams on agile practices and delivery improvements.
• Document milestones, tasks and dependencies; update plans as needed.
