Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive delivery of a Planning Intelligence Platform engagement for a major international client. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance across workstreams, and stakeholder management in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

The successful candidate will run multiple concurrent workstreams, lead project leadership and delivery from discovery to sign-off, and mentor teams on agile practices while ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management
• Experience running multi-workstream engagements with overlapping phases
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and engagements starting with discovery
• Experience managing phased commercial structures (separately priced/approved phases) a plus
• Exposure to structured, vendor-neutral technology evaluation (e.g. balanced scorecards) a plus

Responsibilities

• Programme Management: own key client account and governance with partners and clients
• Concurrent Workstream Delivery: overlap workstreams to hit shared deadlines
• Project Leadership: guide projects to successful outcomes for clients and Concentrix
• Project Delivery: ensure end-to-end delivery from discovery through delivery
• Agile Consulting: coach and mentor on agile mindset and practices
• Structured Technology & Vendor Governance: evaluate options against criteria and capture rationale
• Project Scheduling: document milestones and dependencies, update as needed
• Project Budgets: manage burndowns and forecasts with utilization and billing
• Project Scope: define requirements and monitor progress against obligations
• Project Reporting: provide timely updates and budget tracking with confidence levels
• Delivery Performance Reporting: monitor progress using agile metrics
