This role will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful execution across complex, cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Delivery

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent business and technology initiatives.
• Work closely with third-party vendors and implementation partners responsible for delivering key project outcomes.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, issue resolution, and overall delivery coordination.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Digital Platform Migration

• Support and coordinate a large-scale digital content platform migration project.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from an existing Content Management System (CMS) to a modern digital content platform.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and communication across business and technical teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between business units, technology teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Provide regular project reporting, status updates, and recommendations to project sponsors and steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex digital and technology projects.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management experience.
• Experience working with external implementation partners and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
