Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive delivery of a Planning Intelligence Platform engagement for a major international manufacturer. This delivery-focused role requires governance across multiple workstreams, with oversight from discovery to delivery and a strong emphasis on client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in project/delivery management, experience with overlapping workstreams, and comfort working in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project or delivery management, ideally with enterprise clients across industries.
• Experience running multi-workstream engagements with overlapping phases is preferred.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and starting engagements from discovery.
• Exposure to structured, vendor-neutral technology evaluation (e.g. balanced scorecards, decision registers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a key client account and lead delivery of a programme of work with governance across partners and clients.
• Manage overlapping workstreams to hit shared deadlines without strict sequentialism.
• Steer projects to successful outcomes and provide leadership to project teams and clients.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery from discovery through delivery with scope and progress monitoring.
