Job summary

Kinexus is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth within the Defence and Engineering recruitment markets. You will work with an established team, leveraging existing client portfolios and deep industry relationships to drive long-term partnerships.

You will nurture a high-performing recruitment desk, identify new opportunities, and contribute to Kinexus' growth across Defence, National Security and Federal Government sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruitment experience, Defence/Engineering or Technical sectors.
• Proven ability to grow a profitable permanent recruitment desk.
• Strong business development mindset to win new clients.
• Proven long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
• Defence industry knowledge is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established permanent recruitment desk.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Generate revenue through business development and account growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment solutions.
• Build talent pipelines in Defence, Engineering and Technical.
• Represent Kinexus at industry events and client engagements.
• Contribute to ongoing growth of Kinexus.
