Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workforce Management consulting experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce WFM.
• Strong expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Leave Management.
• Experience with data conversion, testing, and deployment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce WFM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT for seamless Dayforce integration.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, awards, and enterprise policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
