Dayforce is seeking an early-career Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant Sr. to join our Services Consulting team.

You will implement Dayforce HCM modules focusing on time, attendance, scheduling, and labor rules for enterprise clients in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions using Dayforce technology.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration.
• Open to recent graduates from business or technical programs seeking a blended people/process/software role.
• Experience in client-facing, analytical, or support roles aiming for implementation-focused career.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to implement Dayforce Workforce Management for enterprise customers in AU/NZ and beyond.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor rules.
• Design, configure, and test WFM solutions meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business challenges into structured software configurations with documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes and resolutions.
• Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and testing cycles.
• Grow platform knowledge and consulting toolkit through mentorship and training.
