Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Risk and Enablement Senior Manager to drive data risk governance, enablement initiatives and learning across Oceania. You’ll translate complex data requirements into practical guidance and lead diverse teams to build a trusted data culture.

The role is hybrid, spanning Naarm, Warrang, Boorloo or Meanjin, with potential flexible hours. Candidates should have 10+ years in data risk or governance and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience in data risk, transformation or organisational change within a large organisation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance and deliver cross‑functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, and excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of priority data risk and enablement initiatives across Oceania, including learning and engagement activities.
• Create learning resources, guidance and toolkits, and measure learning effectiveness and adoption.
• Oversee client‑specific data risk initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver cross‑functional data projects.
