• Requires extensive data risk and transformation experience in a large organisation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable guidance and deliver large cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, senior leadership engagement and communications skills.

• Lead priority data risk and enablement initiatives across Oceania, including change, learning and engagement activities.
• Create learning resources, guidance and toolkits; measure learning effectiveness and adoption.
• Oversee client-specific data risk initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver data projects.
