Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Senior Data Analyst and a Data Analyst to support a large-scale reporting and data transformation initiative in Roadside Services. You will ensure critical reports remain accurate as data sources evolve, working with data engineers and business stakeholders to define logic, validate requirements, and migrate assets.

The role blends data analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement with a strong emphasis on data quality and reporting integrity, and offers a 12-month max-term

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, Excel and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience applying statistical methods to data insights.
• Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document reporting requirements and data definitions.
• Validate data mappings and reporting logic during transformations.
• Update and enhance existing reports and dashboards.
• Perform testing to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist with optimisation when time allows.
