Specsavers is seeking a seasoned Data Project Manager to drive delivery across enterprise-scale initiatives in ANZ. You will lead a team of Data Project Managers and manage major data-driven programs from initiation to BAU, ensuring alignment with governance standards and strategic priorities.

You will bring a track record of delivering complex data/tech projects in matrix environments, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a formal PM discipline (PRINCE2/Agile).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex projects/programs.
• 5+ years leading large-scale data and technology projects.
• Proven people leadership and capability development.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tech and architecture.
• Expertise across waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2 and Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Data Project Managers.
• Deliver complex, multi-stream data and technology projects from initiation through to BAU.
• Drive continuous improvement of data project and portfolio management practices, governance frameworks, tools and reporting standards.
• Manage data project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and collaborate with Technology, Data, PMO, Change and Transformation stakeholders.
